Where can I get a programme guide?
Programme guides will be provided exclusively to VIP Pass holders. Programmes will be published as digital versions on our Social Media closer to the show.
All stages at YogCon will be wheelchair accessible with disabled alarmed toilets situated at 2 separate locations.
The Box Office will be at the front of the venue at street level.
Please note there is a mezzanine level at Motion that unfortunately we cannot provide wheelchair users the access to. However, in designing the event we have ensured all main activities are situated in areas that are wheelchair accessible.
At this time Motion does not have dedicated disabled parking areas, however, please contact us for any information you need about parking and we will try to accommodate.
If you need a dog to assist you within the venue, then please let us know prior to the event and we will arrange the correct assistance upon your arrival. In cases we may need proof that the dog is registered with or is a member of Assistance Dogs UK.
Please be aware that strobe lighting, fog and hazer machines can be used within YogCon. If this poses an issue then please also let the organisers know before the event.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. This event is strictly for minimum age of 16 years old. We will be asking all participants to provide a proof of ID, if you cannot prove you are 16 or over, we may refuse entry. The duty manager will make this decision.
Please ensure you bring ID to the venue. Anyone who looks to be under the age of 25 years will be challenged to prove his or her age to buy alcohol. The venue operates Challenge 25.
Accepted forms of ID are: Drivers License (full or provisional), or a Passport (valid) or Citizenship Card with the PASS hologram and SIA logo. Any ID found to be fraudulent will be confiscated. Under no circumstances will they be returned once confiscated.
What are my transport and parking options getting to the event?
Most buses travelling to Bristol stop at Bristol Temple Meads train station and from here it is a short walk to the venue.
Once at Temple Meads take the side exit out of the train station and walk through the car park. Once you get to the zebra crossing, turn right and follow the footpath down to the silver footbridge. Go over the bridge, turn right and follow the road round until you see the archway. Follow the archway and follow Avon Street up until you see Motion and Marble Factory on the right-hand side.
There is no parking at the venue. We suggest not to travel by car.
What can / can’t I bring to the event?
No professional cameras (with large or detachable lenses), video cameras or tape recorders are permitted in the venue. Should you be found to have these on arrival you will be asked to either take them back to somewhere safe or be asked to deposit them in the cloakroom.
Small compact cameras are allowed.
For the satisfaction of other customers’ iPads and/ or tablet devices are not permitted to photograph or film during any performances. Customers who persist may be asked to leave the venue.
For the satisfaction of other customers’, we ask you do not bring any signs or posters into the venue. If you do, we will keep them in the storage room and allow you to claim them back for the outdoor performance on Saturday evening only.

Can I sell my ticket?
Unfortunately, entry tickets are non-transferable. We will ask all attendees to provide proof of ID on arrival and may refuse entry if you cannot provide one.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you will have to bring a printed or digital copy of your registration to the event.
We will send you an email with a barcode 2 weeks before the event. We ask that you bring this barcode with you to the event (printed or on a mobile device). Your event wristbands will be available for you at the Box Office.
To collect your wristband, you will need to have a copy of the order confirmation with barcode, ID and the card used as payment for the tickets.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any cancellations.
The venue provides a cloakroom and charges £2.50 per item.
If you are bringing a bag bigger than a standard backpack and items such as bike helmets, suitcases etc. with you, we request that these are left in the cloakroom.
Please be aware that no items will be given out from the cloakroom without the matching ticket being presented. If you have lost your ticket, you will be asked to wait until the end of the event to collect your belongings.
Food & Beverages
No food or beverages should be brought into the venue.
There will be select food vendors at the venue that will cater for the following dietary requirements, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut allergies. If you have any severe allergies, we need to be aware of, please make sure to contact the organisers ahead of time.
We will provide water stations within select bars and throughout the venue.
Should you require any items for medical reasons please make this known to the security personnel on the front door who will contact the duty manager & medical personnel to discuss this in private.
Alcohol not purchased on-site is strictly not permitted.
In line with the law, Motion is a non-smoking avenue. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the venue. We ask that you do not vape outside of the smoking area. A smoking area will be provided at the event and will be clearly signed throughout the venue. Alternatively, please speak to a member of staff and they will be able to direct you.
Those smoking or vaping inside the venue are at risk of being ejected without a refund.
